FAQ SECTION
Tournament Format
This year's tournament like last year's tournament will involve a skills competition and a 9-hole tournament. Many people ask why the tournament is only 9 holes. It's because Mr. Doermaet has a bad back and believes that a 9-hole tournament gives him the best chance to win. The tournament also uses a shootout format. This means that everyone plays each hole together and the golfer who has the worst score on each hole gets knocked out (remember, there is no prize for second, so the last person standing takes it all home!!!!!). Many people also ask why we use this funny kind of format. It's because it's Mr. Doermaet's favorite format for a tournament. He is a competitive man and likes to be able to see all of his competition.
